Ashington OSEmail request privacy
When you request Ashington OS links, Ashington Software LLC uses your email address to send the requested download and USB purchase options. Requesting links does not subscribe you to marketing.
What is stored
The request system stores your email address, request time, sending status and the email provider’s message identifier in its active database. Records older than 30 days are removed during routine cleanup. It also keeps short-lived hashed identifiers and counters to limit abuse. It does not store your IP address in that database. Hosting and email providers may keep their own operational logs and backups under their policies.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website, stores request records and provides Turnstile verification. Resend sends the requested email and processes your email address and message content. These services may process data outside your country. Stripe handles the purchase when you choose the USB option; payment details are not collected by the email request form.
Your choices
There is no marketing mailing list to unsubscribe from through this form. For questions or to request deletion of your request records, email [email protected]. Deleting records from this system does not remove emails already in your inbox or payment records held by Stripe.
